About the event
The pollinators have been hard at work all season. This is their day.
Join us for the Clatskanie Pollination Celebration on Saturday, July 25 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Cope's Park and the Clatskanie Food Hub, featuring special guest Robert Michael Pyle, also known as Butterfly Bob.
Learn how life depends on pollination. Taste local honey. Smell beeswax. See a solar wax extractor in action. Drink honey brews. Talk with local beekeepers and learn about natural beekeeping. Participate in hands-on activities with your kids, dress up for the Pollinator Parade at 11 AM, and listen to oldies by Batwater Trio.
Shop your steadfast Farmers Market booths in the park and enjoy local beer and eats from Crooked Creek Brewery.
At the Food Hub, linger over a farm-to-table brunch and stop in for mead tasting.
Free admission. All ages welcome.
