Join us for an evening of live music at the Clatskanie Food Hub.
Briar and Joe Seamons perform traditional and original acoustic music that ranges from blues and jazz to the folk music of their lifelong home, the Pacific Northwest. With harmony vocals, guitar, ukulele, and banjo, their duo carries a vintage style without feeling stuck in it.
Briar is a singer of vintage jazz, blues, and original music. She brings a powerful voice along with stories about the history and origins of the songs — shining a light on voices and stories that have often been overlooked. Raised in the small community of Chimacum, Washington, her performances move between elegance and playfulness, with a bit of down-home bravado.
